Known in Denmark as Wienerbrød (since it was introduced to Denmark by Austrian bakers), the Danes have made it their own, and now the whole world knows and loves these delicious buttery, flakey pastries.
In this class you will be hands-on be creating, laminating, folding and shaping your dough, as well as making various toppings and fillings. Then we’ll be all set to create different types of Danish Pastries, which we’ll bake fresh, and enjoy straight away.
Once everything is smelling like melted butter, and your pastries are crisply cooked, we will all sit down and enjoy our warm, sweet Danish Pastry together with a cup of tea or coffee. – True Danish style.
