This class is all about creating some delicious and inspiring everyday dishes, using fresh and seasonal vegetables. You will be making different styled dishes and learning some new tips, tricks and techniques that you can recreate at home. And most importantly, inspiring you to enjoy vegetarian dishes without feeling like you’re missing out.
During this class you will be hands on making different dishes, and ultimately a delightful, veggie packed dinner together. The evening will focus on seasonal ingredients, maybe some new and inspiring spices and herbs, and definitely some great ideas for delicious everyday food. And to conclude the night you will sit and enjoy your wonderful dinner together in our dining room.
Recipes for everything we make are included, and bring a container to take home any leftovers.
It will be possible to buy beer, water and wine throughout the class.
